Starmer: An Enemy Of The Many And A Friend To The Few

The half-hearted ‘lockdown’ has ended, and news has arrived of the Covid-19 vaccine being ready to roll out to NHS workers, care home staff, and care home residents as early as next week.

While we look forward to the realistic possibility of getting back to some sort of normality, we must not forget the loved ones that we have lost to this merciless virus.

So many hearts have been broken, so many lives have needlessly perished, so many could’ve been saved with a competent government and an effective opposition. We needed political giants, we ended up with a pair of establishment Lilliputians.

Johnson’s inability to lead, and Starmer’s inability to challenge, will never be forgotten. When we needed Starmer to stand up and be counted, he told us ‘now isn’t the time’ - you might’ve noticed, now *still* isn’t the time.

And why is this? Why is Starmer so opposed to opposition?

The answer, I believe, is simple enough.

Starmer has declared war on the left of the Labour Party, aided by an illegitimate and unpopular General Secretary in David Evans, and backed up by his under-qualified and over privileged PLP.

Starmer hasn’t got the time for effective opposition.

Starmer hasn’t got the time to force the government into making humiliating U-Turns - they leave that to Premier League footballers - then try and pick up the credit for someone else’s superb campaigning. They did the same with the A-level and GCSE scandal during the summer.

Starmer hasn’t got the time to find even a bit of a spine. He leads his troops into one abstention after another, intent on playing the fence-sitting game. From Spycops to last night’s latest failure of opposition, it all ended it tiers.

Starmer hasn’t got an opinion worthy of an opposition leader.

Starmer hasn’t got the time to hear the left of the Labour Party, and this will be his undoing.

The attacks from the hard right of the Labour Party are non-stop. They are on some sort of a mission to destroy socialism within the Labour Party, despite our 2017 socialist manifesto gathering more votes than Blair in 2005, Brown in 2010, and Miliband in 2015.

We could’ve gone further in 2019 had the Party elite not intentionally sabotaged and smeared their way through the two previous years. Had people spent more time listening to Karie Murphy, and Jeremy Corbyn himself, we wouldn’t be here now, for it was they who insisted the People’s Vote campaign would destroy the Labour Party in the northern heartlands, while Sir Keir Starmer went the opposite way.

Starmer knew exactly what he was doing, it’s just a shame he doesn’t have a clue what he is doing now he has the power that he craved for so long - much like his co-defendant, Boris Johnson.

The last time I checked, some 60 CLPs had issued motions of support for Jeremy Corbyn, and 22 of those CLPs had originally nominated Starmer to lead the Labour Party.

This isn’t a ‘Corbynista revolt’, this is the grassroots being heard. They pay their money, and they expect a competent and functioning leadership in return. It’s not rocket science.

And it doesn’t just stop at demanding the full reinstatement of Jeremy Corbyn. Motions of no confidence in General Secretary Evans, and Keir Starmer himself, have been passed.

And believe me, more will follow.

It was the international day of solidarity with Palestine at the weekend. Where was Keir Starmer? You know the answer to this. The silence from Starmer was absolutely staggering, and almost unthinkable that the leader of the Labour Party - *any* leader of the Labour Party - couldn’t find a few moments to send a message of support to the human beings living under an oppressive, racist, apartheid regime.

Utterly shameful.

Now, I fully understand the occupation of Palestine isn’t something that every family discusses at the dinner table, nor is it the usual conversation for Tom, Dick, and Keith down at their local Neverspoons, I totally get that. But it matters to socialists - and it matters to those of us that expect a Britain that is considered a global leader in the exporting of human rights, and not the second largest arms exporter in the world over the last decade.

Where was Starmer while Priti Patel was breaking up families yesterday? Why wasn’t he leading the charge to stop the plane? Seriously, he is supposed to be a renowned Human Rights barrister, yet he’s got nothing to say about oppression, apartheid, brutality, illegality, and unjust deportations?

The man is a fucking chameleon, which is probably unfair on a chameleon, but I’m not sure how else to describe a man that claimed Jeremy Corbyn was his “friend” while seeking your votes, but couldn’t wait to suspend his friend, and politically interfere in the process to ensure the rule book gets torn up and stuck back together to suit his dire factionalism.

Starmer is an enemy to the many and a friend to the few.

Now we must talk about David Abrahams, briefly, because giving a platform to such a monster isn’t up at the top of my to-do list.

This man has now set up a direct debit with the Labour Party.

And they told you Jeremy Corbyn was the problem, and still is? Have a fucking word.

At the time of writing this, Starmer had failed to act, and we also discovered Starmer actually went cap-in-hand to Abrahams seeking donations. The donations MUST be returned and the direct debit MUST be cancelled.

Call it whataboutery all you like, I don’t actually care, but what if Jeremy Corbyn was associated with this hideous racist? What if Corbyn sent Abrahams a letter, seeking his cash?

I think you know what the reaction would be like. It would keep the British Press busy for weeks, rather than just take up a few column inches in the centrist wastelands of the crumbling Guardian.

One simple thing that I’ve picked up on over the last few years is this: If the British media, the printed press, the establishment creatures lurking in the dark and the huge corporations - backed up by liars, smearers and racists - aren’t throwing absolutely everything at you, if they’re not camped out on your doorstep and making your life an absolute misery, you will not be a Labour leader worth the title I’m afraid.

Keith is one of them. He is not, and never will be one of us. He is an elitist bully, possessed with control-freakery and so is his appalling General Secretary, David Evans.

Another big exclusive arrived yesterday. This time is was The Canary who wrote about the Labour hard-right having links with a group alleged to be campaigning to shut down an independent new media outlet. The problem here is the new media outiet is the Canary themselves.

The Editor-at-large, Kerry-Anne Mendoza, has been targeted by trolls for as long as I can remember, and she deals with it well. But the recent attempts to mass report her, and get her Twitter account closed have been vindictive, entirely malicious, and yet another sign of some pretty awful souls being shit-scared of hearing what she has got to say. Thankfully, Kerry-Anne is back, continuing to tell it like it is.

First they came for The Canary...

I’ll leave you with just one thought. There has been lots of chatter about the Independent Forde Report being a little too independent for the leadership's liking.

So where is it?

I’ve got a basic understanding about some of what went on over the last few years. While the many were being accused of antisemitic behaviour, the elite few were getting away with some despicable racism, as revealed in the Labour Leaks. Believe me, the Labour machinery ran its own little hostile environment that Priti Patel would’ve been proud of.

If just half of it comes out in the report, those named will be tarnished for eternity - and rightfully so. And if it’s truly independent, you might even find a little bit of vindication.

Take care folks, thank you for taking a read.

  1. Wonder if discussing the results of the Independent Forde Report will be allowed.
Starmer seems to have a liking for censorship.

  3. Brilliant, no mention by Keef of dealing with the blatant breaches of Labour Party policies and the law by Oldknow and Halliday, guess where they are now?

Both are in SM roles within UNISON, Dave Prentis has promised both he will protect both of them come what may!

Guess which Union backed Starmer and Rayner?

Guess which Union screams blue murder whenever it's members are affected by racism?

Yes, it's of course UNISON, whose last GS election wasnt signed off due to concerns of the election been unfair.

I met the snake Prentis, some years ago, whoever was Labour leader he would stab In the back.
