There Is No Justification For The Ethnic Cleansing Of Gaza And No Forgiveness For Those Who Enable It

Israel has very little that unifies it as a society beyond the illusion of an existential threat to the Zionist ideology.

The only answer to the violence of the Netanyahu regime is justice.

Ever since 7th October, Netanyahu has been giving the false impression that Israel’s very existence was at stake, when in fact it was not.

He told Biden how Israel faced annihilation at the hands of Hamas and their homemade explosives, and genocide Joe gave Bibi the green light - and the promise of unlimited supplies of military hardware to commit the greatest genocide of our times.

I understand how easy it is to feel this war fatigue thing they talk about. The anguish isn’t subsiding and the heart-wrenching pain only ever seems to intensify.

The constant stream of real time footage of the fascist Israeli regime murdering innocent children is going to take a heavy toll on even the strongest of characters.

It’s not uncommon to fall back into a comfort zone of where you spend your days criticising Labour’s plans for further austerity, Starmer’s Thatcher fantasies, or even Sunak’s plans to ‘stop the boats’, and who can blame you?

But there is no comfort zone in Gaza. There is death, destruction and disease on a scale nobody could ever possibly imagine would happen in 2023, even more so with the full backing of the Western ‘democracies’.

Israel is trying to completely empty Gaza to complete their genocide. The only thing that has stopped them from already achieving their aim is the remarkable and contagious resilience of the Palestinian people.

Over the coming days and weeks you will see what ethnic cleansing really looks like. More than 2 million innocent humans haven’t been “evacuated”, they have been forcibly displaced. There’s a fucking huge difference.

Israel is forcing the Palestinians to head to the southern city of Rafah where there is a border crossing point between Egypt and Gaza.

Israeli forces told people to go to Rafah to avoid their brutal assault elsewhere in south Gaza, but one single airstrike massacred 18 members of one family in Rafah, on Thursday.

There is no safe space for Palestinian people in the state of Palestine. Schools and hospitals that were supposed to be a place of sanctuary are now the final resting places of babies and children.

Rafah is already under seige, the IOF are knowingly sending the long-suffering Palestinians to their graves. They don’t care. The death of human empathy in Israel is the most telling sign of the culture of a state that has fallen into barbarism.

Mahatma Gandhi once said, “You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is an ocean; if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty.”

Does this still apply if the 25 miles of Mediterranean Sea that stretches along the Gazan coastline is an ocean of the blood of 18,000 Palestinian men, women, and children?

Nobody from the international community can answer this simple question: Where are the Palestinians supposed to go, in a walled enclave where no destination is safe?

People are so hungry they break into U.N. warehouses to take whatever they can find. Children are traumatised and terrified of the noise of air strikes. Families are using sea water to wash. Men are cutting down trees in cemeteries to use as fuel to bake bread.

And in the morning, on days when the phones work, they go through the somber task of calling relatives and friends to check if they have survived another night of Israeli mass murder.

Trauma is utterly unprecedented. The devastating humanitarian consequences have transformed what is already a tragedy into an inconceivable calamitous crisis.

Israel's ambassador to the UK - and a renowned liar - said a safe zone for Palestinians called "Mawasi" had been set up in the south of Gaza. But when a team of reporters from Sky News visited there was no aid, no food kitchens and no help.

What kind of a shit state must the Israeli baby killers be in when even Sky News feels obliged to call out their hideous lies?

Israel’s apparent aim of destroying Hamas isn’t really a position that is tenable. Hamas is an ideology, whether you agree with it or not, and the Palestinian people know nothing but an unswerving commitment to an armed struggle against one of the most powerful military forces on the planet.

I was going to take a week off from this. At the most I was going to write something about Keir Starmer, Margaret Thatcher, and his complicity in genocide.

But I can think of at least 18,000 reasons why we have to keep going, even when it means putting images and videos on your social timelines that leave you feeling like someone is treading on your heart.

Genocide doesn’t take a day off.

We won hearts and minds some time ago. Israel’s social media game is incredibly bad. The ‘trust me, bro’ style of presenting evidence doesn’t cut through with a vast majority of sensible people.

Bizarre pantomime propagandists like Dr Eli David and Eylon Levy have been one of the greatest recruitment tools for the pro-Palestinian movement.

Sure, it gets tedious seeing David and Levy magically appear at the top of your social media feed, along with the official accounts of Israel and the IOF baby slayers, but we should really take a moment to thank them for opening the eyes of the world to the atrocities being committed in the name of self-defence by the pariah state of hate.

A number of us online have been trying to raise awareness of the plight of the Palestinian people for as long as I can remember. Dr Louise Raw, Sarah Wilkinson, Lowkey, Kerry-Anne Mendoza and Eoin Clarke to name but a few.

But none of them could ever possibly imagine genocide peddlers like Comrade Levy being such a remarkable asset to the good and righteous cause of justice and freedom for Palestine.

The war criminals will face justice. The Nazi regime had their trial, and the Zionist apartheid regime of Israel will have one too.

This isn’t self-defence and has categorically never has been about self-defence. This is about genocide and ethnic cleansing, and the toothless United Nations being held hostage by the United States on behalf of the murdering bastard, Netanyahu.

The world must continue to show that Gazan lives matter and the Palestinian people are not alone in their very darkest hours. Israel has gone too far. This is the beginning of the end of Zionism.

This is not a time for silence and indifference.

Leave that to the gutless British establishment.

Until next time,

Rachael
