Unscrupulous, Feeble, And Uninspiring - Starmer Has To Go

Image
I was temporarily pleased with myself last Sunday.   I thought I’d managed to put a blog together that quite nicely summed up the state of Keir Starmer. I got to Sunday morning, posted my blog, and the next thing you know, Starmer is on the TV quite literally saying Matt Hancock shouldn’t resign, following the courts confirmation that Secretary of State Hancock was illegally handing out multi-million Pound contracts to every one from the window cleaner to anyone brave enough to admit to being his friend. I genuinely didn’t see that one coming.  But that was just the start of yet another utterly diabolical week for Keir Starmer and the Manic Keith Preachers.  Now I know what you’re thinking here. “Does she ever shut up about that Keir bloody Starmer?” - and you would be perfectly entitled to think that. I’ll be the first to admit I didn’t plan to become part of the opposition to the opposition, but that is where we have ended up, and I’ll repeat this until I am blue in the face:  You wo

How much longer will Keir Starmer be the Labour leader? 8 mins read - Guest post by @Damian_From The sustainability of a leader's career ultimately depends on one thing, the amount of political capital they possess at any given time. Political capital fuels their leadership and determines what they can achieve and the timeframe they can achieve it in. In this article I assess how much political capital Keir Starmer currently has in order to calculate how much longer he will be the leader of the Labour Party. How much longer will Keir Starmer be the Labour leader? No matter how powerful a politician is, the length and trajectory of their career depends on how much political capital they have and how they spend it. That capital is earned by building relationships, gaining experience, learning from the mistakes of others and building trust with the electorate. It is not fixed, it is in a constant state of flux and can be replen

Starmer’s New Low - Another Day Of Deep Shame Unfolds

And here we are again. I tend to leave it a few days between blogs - it allows the political mishaps a bit of time to infuriate me, and that in turn gets me writing, and gives us all something to moan about. Even trolls and distractions get to appreciate my Year 7 level grammar.  Something for everyone here.  I’ve got two choices here. I can throw out a thousand words explaining why trusting Boris Johnson to build a ‘roadmap’ out of the Covid crisis would be like trusting him to build a bridge across the River Thames - a bridge with grass and flowers on. I think it was Amber Rudd who said something along the lines of Johnson being the life and soul of the party, but you wouldn’t want him to be the one that drives you home when the party ends.  Or we talk about the former Labour politician, Sir Keir Starmer and the simple fact his mind-boggling inability to lead a once-great party is ensuring a generation of Conservative rule. Let’s be honest here folks, Starmer is a fucking disaster fo
