Enough is Enough: Pack Your Bags and GTFO, Boris Johnson

Image
Aren’t you just sick of the sight of Boris Johnson?  This tragic, delusional, elitist, numbskull spent 5 decades believing with every fibre of his being that he was destined to become Prime Minister.  Then when Johnson finally lied and manipulated his way into the highest office in the land, the 5 decades of misguided self-belief were exposed within 5 minutes.  I know some Boris Johnson fans read my blogs, and while I thank you for taking the time to have a browse, I hope you take just a moment to absorb some realities, because it seems like your mainstream media presents you with a version of the Prime Minister that has nothing in common with Boris Johnson, *your* Prime Minister.  Now, I know you’re going to shout “vaccine rollouts” and the new favourite with Tory MPs, “Ukraine”.  So let’s answer both of those with a straight bat.  The vaccine rollout success was down to the dedication and excellence of our brilliant National Health Service. When you give the NHS the tools to perform

The Cruel Tories Callous Indifference To Human Suffering Is Shameful

I don’t use the word “evil” very often. But in the case of Boris Johnson’s Conservative government I will, because they have proven, time after time, to be the most evil British government in living memory. You are the lowest of the low. You are consciously cruel. You are corrupt, criminal and utterly devoid of humanity. The prolific lying, the blatant diversion tactics, gleefully swallowed up by the Tory press - there is no barrel bottom that is safe from being scraped. You are openly racist and your policies are demonstrably racist, you are openly homophobic, and you are a feckless good-for-nothing philandering plague-sore with the charm of roadkill. In the words of the Shakespeare dude:  “A most notable coward, an infinite and endless liar, an hourly promise breaker, the owner of not one good quality.”  I detest you, Boris Johnson, I absolutely detest you. There is something deeply wrong with the morality of one of the richest countries in the world when we find ourselves sending re

Johnson And Sunak: They Simply Have To Go Now

Unless you’ve been hidden away for the last few hours you will know that Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Chancellor Rishi Sunak and the PM's wife Carrie Johnson will all be fined by the irremediably bent Metropolitan police for breaking lockdown laws.  You know the background already. They lied.  No great shock, is it? After all, Boris Johnson is fluent in bullshit. But that doesn’t make it acceptable. If you think this behaviour is acceptable I’m afraid you are a massive part of the problem. The media are unable to play the “Boris will be Boris” card these days, we’re way past that now. Some will try, of course, but the facts are there for all to see.  The biggest problem for me right now is accountability.  I’m fed up with hearing, “in normal times they would have to resign”. When did we last have normal times? We’re currently going through Covid, and Brexit has been a disaster.  These “normal” times didn’t exist under Theresa May or David Cameron. Both leaderships signed up to ide

The Consistently Erroneous Keir Starmer: Entirely Devoid Of Morality

Did you know, less than 3 years ago, the Labour Party, under the leadership of Jeremy Corbyn, were nine points ahead of the Tories?  We didn’t have the untold Covid failures - from the spurious £37 billion Dido test and trace system to billions of pounds worth of Covid fraud written off in the blink of an eye - a tsunami of Tory sleaze, and we didn’t have ‘partygate’, or whatever you want to call Boris Johnson breaking his own rules.  Something else we didn’t have was a neutral media. Keir Starmer writes articles for tabloids like the S*n and the Daily Mail, as well as behind a paywall on the Times website. The Sun used to mock up photos of ‘national security risk’ Corbyn as an alien, or in a dustbin, and the Daily Mail put together a disgracefully dishonest 14-page hit job on the eve of the 2017 general election.  A neutral media wouldn’t have a problem telling you that Keir Starmer’s favourability ratings are actually WORSE than Jeremy Corbyn’s were at the same stage, 2 years in, b
