Funded By The U.S - Murdered By Israel: The Perpetrators Of Genocide In Gaza Must Be Held To Account

How do you describe the ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people to a person that has allowed themselves to absorb and believe everything they see, hear or read in the mainstream media?

Sure, the British media will talk about the desperate plight of the Palestinian people, but their reporting seems to assume this “conflict” began on October 7th while conveniently ignoring the Nakba of 1948 and the brutal oppression and illegal occupation that followed.

The same British media couldn’t be much more pro-Israel if they tried, indeed, they could move BBC News to Tel Aviv and nobody would blink a fucking eyelid.

Israel’s intentions are now clear. The extermination of the Palestinian people, and no less. We call it genocide, the terrorist apartheid state of Israel calls it self-defence, and we can’t both be right.

Israel has denied 2.3 million people living in Gaza access to basic supplies, including food, water, electricity, medicine, and fuel, directly causing a severe humanitarian crisis and deliberately exposing the population to starvation. This constitutes a crime against humanity and amounts to ethnic cleansing,

It’s all very well Netanyahu claiming Gaza will stay under the control of the IOF, but will there be anything left of Gaza for them to occupy when the Israeli air force are levelling the entire landscape?

We have been warning of the ethnic cleansing for many years. The Israeli state has been systematically tearing down Palestinian homes with JCB (Tory donor) bulldozers for decades.

In many cases the Israeli courts force the Palestinian homeowners to destroy their own homes under the dishonest pretext of not having the necessary planning permission.

If the Palestinian homeowner doesn’t destroy their own home the IOF will turn up with the bulldozers and destroy it for them, and then the homeowner gets a bill from the Israeli ‘authorities’.

But the ethnic cleansing of Gaza - one of the most densely populated areas in the world - is being carried out on an unprecedented scale with more than 13,000 tonnes of bombs falling on the besieged strip in just thirty days.

There is no doubt Hamas militants committed atrocities on October 7th - these atrocities are being used to justify the genocide of Gaza - but why is so very little being said about how many Israelis were killed by Israeli forces?

Let me provide you with the evidence that I have seen, rather than you thinking I’m making a flippant statement without foundation.

Firstly, the compelling testament of Yasmin Porat, the Israeli Kibbutz survivor that confirmed in an interview with Israel Radio that the gung-ho Israeli military “undoubtedly” killed numerous Israeli noncombatants during gun battles with Hamas militants on October 7th.

“They eliminated everyone, including the hostages,” she stated, referring to Israeli special forces.

Then we have Mondoweiss with this article on the 22nd October that documents a number of sources claiming Israeli quote literally shelled their own civilians to kill the Hamas militants.

I don’t know what your Hebrew is like but you may wish to look at this archived Haaretz article.

The interviewer spoke with a local resident who was fortunate enough to be away from the Kibbutz on October 7th, but his partner was tragically killed.

The article says:

His voice trembles when his partner, who was besieged in her home shelter at the time, comes to mind. According to him, only on Monday night and only after the commanders in the field made difficult decisions - including shelling houses with all their occupants inside in order to eliminate the terrorists along with the hostages - did the IDF complete the takeover of  the kibbutz. The price was terrible: at least 112 Be’eri people were killed. Others were kidnapped. Yesterday, 11 days after the massacre, the bodies of a mother and her son were discovered in one of the destroyed houses. It is believed that more bodies are still lying in the rubble.”

If you’re still not convinced Israel wouldn’t execute their own civilians you’re either Zionist to your core or unable to watch this video of Israeli Apache helicopters shooting Israeli’s that were fleeing the Supernova music festival.

Israeli occupation forces resorted to firing indiscriminately into civilian areas and homes, resulting in an untold number of preventable Israeli deaths.

How many Israeli citizens said to have been “burned alive” were actually killed by friendly fire?

Do you remember the claim made by Israel that they found 40 beheaded babies?

Global media outlets and politicians rushed to amplify uncorroborated reports that stemmed from a rumour from an Israel-based news reporter who claimed he was citing Israeli soldiers. The report was not corroborated by other sources.

According to Israel’s own figures it was one baby that died, and based on what we know now we cannot be sure whether it was Hamas or Israel that killed this innocent baby.

I mourn the loss of all lives, whether they are Palestinian or Israeli, but there cannot be any justification for indiscriminately killing 180 innocent children every single day.

Israeli forces have killed twice as many Palestinian children in Gaza over the past month than the total number of Palestinian children killed in the West Bank and Gaza combined since 1967, and we are supposed to wear a poppy and avoid the Cenotaph?

Gaza is a graveyard for children. At least 1,350 children are still buried under the mountains of rubble caused by Israeli air strikes, and they are presumed dead. Funded by the United States and brutally murdered by Israel.

Palestinian children are bearing the brunt of western complicity and a complete failure of international law and accountability mechanisms put in place to prevent exactly what is happening in Gaza today.

The ongoing calls for a ceasefire will continue to fall upon deaf ears because Israel is using “but Hamas” as the perfect cover for genocide, ethnic cleansing and routinely committing grave violations of international law.

The thing is, the world can see exactly what is happening to the victims of Gaza, they can see Palestinians being executed by extremist colonial Israeli settlers, and they can see the West - the proponents of the rules-based world order - not just looking the other way whilst Israeli commit these atrocities, but actively cheering them along.

I don’t know why we call them settlers really. They’re a state-sponsored militia.

This has opened up a huge crisis of morality. The world’s self-imposed police force, no better than the Met at their very worst, are losing authority and influence while the big bombs continue raining down on the innocent Palestinians.

Britain’s standing in the world has never been so pathetically low, and this is because of politicians like Rishi Sunak and Keir Starmer not having the testies to stand up for what is right because the rogue state in question is named Israel.

We are witnessing a genocide in real time. We didn’t have wall-to-wall news coverage the last time it happened. We couldn’t just look at social media and look at the heartbreaking reality of what was happening on the ground. Now we can.

We are up against a well-practiced media war machine that is busy gaslighting you and distracting you with talk of a “hate march”, which is no more than a humongous rally calling for peace in Gaza.

Keir Starmer is more interested in pointless photo shoots and Rishi Sunak is permanently preoccupied with attempting to keep his Home Secretary in position, all the while the people of Gaza are pleading with the outside world to force Israel into a ceasefire.

The hundreds of thousands on the streets calling for peace, the 76% of the country that supports a ceasefire, the online activists opening the world’s eyes to the atrocities being committed by Israel: YOU are the moderate voice of Britain and you cannot stop until Palestine is free.

Until next time,

Rachael
