When It Comes To The Poll That Matters Keir Starmer Is A Perpetual Failure

Image
Let me start with an apology.  I wrote a blog last week, the title was Starmer: Only In The Lead Because He’s Not Boris Johnson - at the time of writing it had been viewed more than 19,000 times.  During a moment of anger I compared Keir Starmer’s charisma to that of a “mummified corpse”. This was totally uncalled for, and somewhat poorly thought out on my behalf.  I know this upset quite a few Keir Starner supporters, including lovely Cathy from Southampton, who called me a “grifter” (original), thoughtful Jonathan from Liverpool who kindly commented, “people like you keep the Tories in power - sit down and shush”, and my personal favourite from Ryan, saying, “You c*nts need to just fuck off, really”.  So I will do the right thing, and I unreservedly apologise to any mummified corpse that was offended by my rash comparison to that useless establishment hooplicker, Starmer.  Let me be clear. I am not a writer, or a journalist. My grammar is appalling, I often use punctuation in the wr

Starmer: Only In The Lead Because He’s Not Boris Johnson

Where on earth do you even begin to start after the week that we have just witnessed?  By the time I get to the end of this I doubt we will be any wiser as to why Boris Johnson apologised for a party that he never attended, that never happened, and order an inquiry into a party that never happened, that he never attended, while not apologising for the party that did happen, that he did attend, and not ordering an inquiry into the party that did happen that he did attend.  Are we clear now?  Whilst I certainly cannot offer much clarity with regards to the parties being hosted at Downing Street, I can absolutely confirm that Boris Johnson would be long gone if the leader of Her Majesty’s official opposition wasn’t a chicken-hearted namby-pamby with the spine of a saveloy.  Keir Starmer, you are utterly intolerable. You lead in (some) polls simply because you are not Boris Johnson. That must feel good. You’re ahead because the other guy is an arsehole, and an absolute disaster. Not becaus

Substandard Starmer: A Victim Of His Own Dishonesty

Let’s face it. Charmless Keir Starmer just isn’t cutting through.  The public don’t seem to particularly like him, nor do they seem to trust him. There is no evidence of Starmer offering a realistic alternative to the horror that is Boris Johnson - if anything, it’s beginning to look like there isn’t a Rizla paper between them - particularly when it comes to being a donor-guided sycophant of the establishment.  And the lies. What about the lies?  We know Boris Johnson is a compulsive liar. Even the sheep that put Johnson in Downing Street in 2019 know their man is fluent in prolific bullshit, in fact, they seem to like being lied to, because he’s just “Boris being Boris”.  Call him Johnson. Not Boris. He’s not your mate, he’s not a big cuddly teddy bear, he’s not a lovable eccentric. Do not humanise the treacherous sociopathic sloth. He is a dangerous liability.  Johnson will use a lie to try and take care of the present without any consideration for the consequences in the future. If

Boris Johnson: Grandstanding On The Carcass Of Brexit

Another week, another crisis.  A human tragedy requires a humane response, and this is something the British government, and embarrassingly, millions of British people are completely incapable of.  This week we’ve had Boris Johnson, waffling on about Peppa Pig, trying his utmost to distract us from the devastating Health and Social Care Bill, his dementia tax for the working classes, and the permanent stench of Tory corruption.  Then the heartbreaking news came from Calais.  27 people, humans, including 3 children and 7 women - one of whom was pregnant - drowned in the English Channel, attempting to make the dangerous journey from the North coast of France to Southern England.  Do you remember the gut-wrenching image of the body of 3 year old Alan Kurdi, washed up on a beach in Turkey? That was 6 years ago. Didn’t the international community collectively say “never again” and how “lessons will be learned”? Britain has seen 3 Conservative Prime Ministers in this time, and we *still* fin
